Just loading is not enough!! How you go through the entire movement and how you finish is also equally important:
1) At what juncture, load can be most effective?
2) How does biomechanics help with load to generate Max power?
3) What’s the max power we can generate given certain load?

Load often compromises mechanics. However, if you notice, loading with proper mechanics can make so much difference and make our movements strong in real time scenarios.
I experimented this with squats. If you notice, I lift the bar up when I am about to finish the movement and load the kinetic chain back, in a way to avoid any involvement of my lower back. In fact, load is assisting my lower back (keep it straight – extended) if you notice carefully.
