Which of the two you think is difficult to achieve?
Ans: second. Why? Because bringing the balance in a sports body is never easy. However, once it is achieved you can then load it up to whatever level your sports allow.
Learning: Lifting heavy in lieu of strength is not always fruitful. In fact, it can lure injuries. Choosing the right training and pacing it up on the demands of your sport is how I train sportsmen. The above pictures are perfect examples of how a good foundation can help you build a stronger self.
